A big thank you to the Madison Park team for our new home. This was our first-time building, and overall, our budget was tight given the extensive earthworks that our site required and the home we wished to achieve. During the design process, we felt that Madison Park really went the extra mile for our project, and produced a design that we preferred (compared to others we had engaged with), and at a very competitive price point.
We were impressed at Madison’s attentiveness and promptness during the design and costing phase. The site works were completed in approx. 6‑months (late-Jan 2021 to mid-July 2021) – wow! This was much faster than what we thought possible, and the expediency was hugely appreciated – particularly as it got us in and settled before the extended August lockdowns began!We have already recommended Madison Park to others, and we would have no hesitation building with Madison Park again.”
