From a Weekend Showhome Visit to an Award-Worthy Home
Every home starts with a conversation.
When our clients first visited the Madison Park Homes showhome at Millwater, they weren’t expecting to make any big decisions that day.
As luck would have it, Darren’s mum was hosting the showhome while we took a well-earned weekend off. She spent time getting to know them, understanding what they were looking for and gathering their details before introducing us the following week.
That first conversation became the beginning of the project.
As we got to know them, four priorities became clear:
- Sustainability
- Quality products
- Value for money
- A realistic construction programme
This wasn’t a standard build.
The home incorporated specialist cladding and suppliers, so careful planning and communication were essential from the outset. Every trade needed to work alongside the next, and every stage needed to be coordinated to keep the project moving smoothly.
Throughout the build, we kept our clients closely connected to the process. Regular progress updates, site visits and open communication meant they always knew what was happening and what came next.
When reflecting on their experience, they told us they chose Madison Park Homes because of our approach to quality, flexibility and our partnership with Brent Hulena. They also spoke highly of the workmanship of our team and said they would trust us to manage any future build project.
The finished home is a reflection of the people who live there. Thoughtfully designed, beautifully detailed and built around the way they wanted to live.
It’s projects like this that remind us why we don’t build the same house twice.
Every client brings a different vision.
Every home tells a different story.
And every home starts with a conversation.
Designed by award-winning architect Brent Hulena and brought to life by Madison Park Homes, this bespoke home in Snells Beach was built for a couple passionate about cooking, entertaining, and creating a space that feels like a private retreat. From the expansive open-plan living spaces and chef’s kitchen to the master suite set apart for guest privacy, every element was carefully considered.
This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home features a dedicated study, level-entry design, low-maintenance cladding, and a stunning pool as the centrepiece of the outdoor entertaining area. The build overcame early site challenges including wet weather and access logistics—requiring tanks to be craned in to protect the land. With client-led involvement in product selections and trade coordination, Madison Park Homes provided support through structured guidance and collaboration to ensure quality remained un-compromised.
