Built for a couple who love to cook and host, this architecturally designed home features open-plan living, a private guest wing, and a show-stopping pool. Early wet weather challenges were overcome by craning in tanks to protect the site. Designed in collaboration with Brent Hulena.

Designed by award-winning architect Brent Hulena and brought to life by Madison Park Homes, this bespoke home in Snells Beach was built for a couple passionate about cooking, entertaining, and creating a space that feels like a private retreat. From the expansive open-plan living spaces and chef’s kitchen to the master suite set apart for guest privacy, every element was carefully considered.

This 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home features a dedicated study, level-entry design, low-maintenance cladding, and a stunning pool as the centrepiece of the outdoor entertaining area. The build overcame early site challenges including wet weather and access logistics—requiring tanks to be craned in to protect the land. With client-led involvement in product selections and trade coordination, Madison Park Homes provided support through structured guidance and collaboration to ensure quality remained un-compromised.
