FAQ’s
Our Building contract requires a 5% deposit in line with the recommendations of the Master Building contract we use.
As of 2012 all builders who wish to complete new homes must be licensed to work on the critical elements of the house; that is the structure and the building envelope. This is to ensure that your home is constructed by a trained building professional. The results will be a structurally sound home that is weather tight.
If you don’t already own a section, we will help you find the right one at the right price for your budget. To help you make a sound decision, we will visit the section of your choice with you. We will review the aspect of the section within the subdivision, the types of soil and any potential grading or drainage issues. We will recommend a design to suit the site and optimise the positioning of your home.
