Sign up to buy a Madison Park House & Land Package from 1st April 2024 and we’ll include a Harvey Norman allowance valued at up to $10,000.00 (inclusive of GST)* from Harvey Norman Commercial Division.

ELIGIBILITY PERIOD

Offer begins on 01/04/2024 and concludes 31/7/2024 at 4PM.

Anyone who signs an unconditional contract has paid the deposit to buy a Madison Park Homes house & land package between 8am on the opening date and prior to 4pm on the closing date, will be eligible to receive this package.

ELIGIBILITY

Valid only to House & Land Packages.

You must have a valid signed unconditional contract and paid the deposit for your Madison Park Home prior to the promotion close date and time.

The allowance must be ordered prior 31/12/2024

Clients who have engaged with Madison Park Homes and have an Agreement already priced prior to 01/04/2024 will be exempt from this promotion.

The 10,000 allowance is based on recommended retail value.

Total RRP value of the product is not to exceed $10,000 (inclusive of GST).

The package is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

HOW TO REDEEM

Upon Handover of your House & Land Package we will present your gift voucher and notify Zane Smith at Harvey Norman of your successful voucher number.
