Sign up to build a Madison Park Home by the 30th Oct and we’ll include a curtain/blind allowance valued at up to $10,000.00 incl gst* from Toben Home and Décor!

ELIGIBILITY PERIOD
Offer begins on 20/09/2022 and concludes 30/10/2023 at 4PM. Anyone who signs an unconditional contract and pays the deposit to build a Madison Park Home between 8am on the opening date and prior to 4pm on the closing date, will be eligible to receive the package.

ELIGIBILITY
You must have a valid signed unconditional contract and paid the deposit for your Madison Park Home home prior to the promotion close date and time. The curtain allowance must be ordered and installed prior 30/09/24.

CURTAIN & BLIND ALLOWANCE

The promotion includes the supply and install of curtains and blinds from Toben Home and Décor into your new Madison Park Home. Fit out includes a mix of curtains and blinds, any top up to be made by the Madison Park Homes client and negotiated with Toben Home and Décor.
Total RRP value of the window dressings is not to exceed $10,000 (inclusive of GST).

The Curtain/Blind package is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

GENERAL
If you are eligible to receive this package, you agree that KFive Construction Limited T/A Madison Park Homes the Toben Home and Décor Contractor shall not be held responsible and the entrants have no right to bring any claim, action, or proceeding of any kind or nature whatsoever against KFive Construction Limited T/A Madison Park Homes and/or the Toben Home and Décor Contractor and/or its parent company, affiliated companies, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective agents, employees, directors, officers, shareholders, successors and assigns in connection with this promotion.
